Maryland-Harford County Crews Maintain Multiple Roads
Harford County crews preserve and maintain Sharon Road with an Etnyre Chip Spreader as part of an ongoing road maintenance program. This Sharon Road Project is part of the county’s maintenance program to regularly preserve and maintain 1,059 miles of county roads and 222 roadway bridges.
The Etnyre ChipSpreader is particularly beneficial for road maintenance as it can surface up to 300 feet per minute to a maximum width of 24 feet. Harford County utilizes the Chipspreader and other heavy equipment from Chesapeake Supply and Equipment, a leading provider of heavy equipment sales, rentals and services throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region since 1936.
