The Wheeled Pour Pot (part # 40200) is used to apply a uniform band of sealant to a crack or joint. Wheeled for ease of use and ideally used with the Mini Melter 30.

CRAFCO EZ MINI MELTER SYSTEM OF CRACK SEALING

Crafco Sealants are specifically formulated for all climatic conditions. Ask your authorized Crafco representative to specify the proper sealant for your area.
 
Open traffic immediately after crack sealing by eliminating the “stick” from newly applied hot sealant. DETACK is supplied ready to use in 5 gallon (19L) plastic pails. To use, DETACK is poured into typical hand pump pressurized garden sprayers. DETACK should be applied to the sealant immediately after sealant is placed, or at any time after sealant is placed when surface tack is present. Usage rate of DETACK is typically 1 gallon (3.8L) per 1000-2000 linear feet (305-610m) of sealed cracks. DETACK should be applied to cover the sealant surface with minimal excess of application onto the pavement surface.
 
To double sealant life, rout cracks prior to sealing with the Crafco Pavement Cutter.
